Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered – with all tags attached.
Items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To return a damaged or incorrect item:

  2. Include a photo, description, and your order number.

Once we receive and review your message, we will contact you with the next steps.
Please note: all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping costs for these cases.

Returns for Size or Colour

If the size doesn’t fit or you prefer a different colour, you can return the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging or tags.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect all products as soon as they arrive.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will replace damaged or defective items and cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

Then contact your payment provider, as refunds can take several days to process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your current purchase and place a new order.
